How Should I Ship Back My Return?
Check that all of the parts you wish to return are included in your RMA e-mail.
We recommend that you send your item back using a shipping service that offers insurance and a tracking number. This way, you are protected in case of loss or damage.
All returns should be able to be tracked from the time you ship your return until it is signed for on the dock.
Please make sure to clearly write the correct RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Please do not write on the “boxes” your parts come in as your product will not be considered “resalable”.
All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.

the Return window will take a maximum of 14 days equal to 2 weeks.
Customers near our store location will do in store return.
Customers not found in our location will return via mail.
the currency for return is United States Dollar (USD).
The return label will be included in the package.
We give a fixed cost of $10 for restocking fee.
After we receive the package the customer will receive refund within 2 business days maximum
